Kevin is a graduate of Wofford College where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics in 1993. Kevin attended law school at The Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama, and was awarded his J.D. degree in 1998. He is licensed to practice by the State Bar of Georgia and is admitted to appear before the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Georgia, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of Georgia.

Mr. Kovalchik is a seasoned litigator and trial attorney and has represented corporate clients and local governments in the metro-Atlanta area and throughout Georgia.  Mr. Kovalchik has achieved excellent results for his clients in cases involving all aspects of transactional, contract, and civil litigation.

Kevin has been recognized as a Super Lawyer and Rising Star by Atlanta Magazine, and Georgia Trend magazine regularly includes him as a member of its annual Legal Elite edition. In addition to providing personalized attention to his clients and their legal needs, Kevin has published numerous articles and speaks regularly at legal seminars. Kevin lives in Suwanee with his wife Elizabeth and their English Cream Retriever, Monty.
